What is your favorite type of airplane and why?

Please state if you have flown the favorite, or if you haven't but just like it. Please give reasons.

I would like an A380 converted into a private plane. It is currently the world's quiestest plane in operation with 19% better fuel efficiency than the previous jumbo, the 747-400. Airbus mentioned that a casino can be installed on board with the option of a jaccuzzi, a swimming pool or a gym. Something that you can't fit perfectly on a Gulfstream BBJ. I could also do some extra make over of the plane like a sauna or a bedroom and the list could go on! I would love flying like this at 867km/h at 39000ft!

For a military airplane it's a tie between the B-17 and the KC135.  B-17 because without it we wouldn't have won the war in Europe, the KC-135 because my dad helped develop it and I worked on them.

For Commercial aircraft I would have to say the Boeing 737, it's been around for a long time and very dependable.  Ok they are getting old.

For general aviation, I would have to say ViperJet MKII, Look it up on the internet, there is only 1 flying but several in the works.  I have to say that I know of 2 more that will be flying within a year because I am wiring them,

Mooney/ owned a M20C for 9 years. Like flying a sports car. Also economical compaired to other airplanes.

I have lots, but the ole' round engines are close to my heart. DC-3, Beach D-18, Grumman Goose and yes, I have flown them

My favorite would have to be the Cessna 208 Caravan. Nice hauler, great cockpit visibility, and very easy to fly. I only had a chance to fly one on one occasion but it was like a 172 on steroids. Should I win the lottery someday, I will be on the phone to Cessna the next.

my favorite is the Steath plane it looks like bat and nope i have never been in it but have been close to it, was at Randolph AFB couple of times and its so big and wow its something i am not talking about the fighting jet.

I like the lower horsepower Piper, Mooney, and Cessna aircraft, like the 150 and 180hp ones, they just have a special feel to them, like you can land them on a stamp. The one with 300-350hp fly like meat, and are fuel hogs.

But without a doubt my favorite planes are the Formula 1 class, which can reach 260mph down low, with only a 100hp O-200 engine from a cessna 152. I bet they could hit 300 at altitude. They dont even have retractable gear or a constant speed prop.

I like the Cessna 170 because its still a tail dagger (tail draggers are just better) and it isn't to small but can still land in remote places.

British Airways International Flights!

The planes are HUGE

and each seat has a T.V.

The seats are big and comfy.

There's like 239023837 flight attendants, so there's always someone to assist you.

If you're flying internationally, you get served 2-3 pretty decent meals.
