What is your favorite type of bagel?

I'm just settling into my desk this morning with a cinnamon raisin bagel, but my Favorite type of bagel is an everything bagel! What's your favorite?

omg i used to eat bagels all the time when i was young with my grandmother

we would have

plain bagels with cream cheese and jelly

garlic bagels

onion bagels

but the best was the everything bagel

my sister and i would always have the cinnamon raisin bagel when we would get ready for school

but a toasted everything bagel with butter is so good

For my most of my bagel eating life I have always preferred an

EVERYTHING bagel with boursin cheese spread topped with tomato, salt and pepper. Sometimes I'll substitute the boursin cheese with swiss cheese and broil for a couple of minutes before topping with the tomatoes.  It is still my favorite but also really enjoy:

PANERA's asiago cheese bagel slightly warmed.  It has great taste without all the extras.

For a more substantial breakfast or lunch, my guests always enjoy toasted everything bagels with homemade egg salad with lots of olives and black pepper.

I definitely like Onion or Everything bagels.  Dunkin Donuts has the best...but unfortunately they went out of business in my town :(
