The darker, the more I like it. Lindt 80% cocoa is quite bitter but I like it better. Green & Black's Organic Fair Trade is also a really good one that you might like to try.

dark,... don't like milk chocolate it is too sweet and I feel better about eating the dark, it is way better for you. I am used to it now..
