  1. A good New York or filet mignon.  I pan sear it in 1T butter and 1T olive oil til medium-rare, then keep warm in foil. I add 2 green onions, sliced, to the pan and cook until soft.  Then I add about 1/4 c. red wine, stirring up the crusty bits off the bottom of the pan.

I plate the steak and drizzle the sauce over it.

    Simply and yummy!

  2. Breast of Muscovy Duck

It cooks up juicy and has just a hint of gamey flavor. It is versatile enough to grill, roast, and saute-stir fry.

It tastes good straight up but is accepting of sauces as well.

    Try sauce Robert' or Chasseur.

  3. I like anything just about.

From steak to chicken to pork.

All steaks (beef) must be grilled and never fried.

I like sirloin over other cuts just because it has good flavor but a T-bone is nice also.

I also like unusual meat and that duck sounds real good.

  4. Veal

It is the tenderest and most flavorful of meats, and can be used for everything from burgers/meatballs to steaks.

(I did not consider seafood, but lobster tail, scallops, prawns, and calamiri are right up there)

  5. I am a beef girl. But I really do prefer the beef that my dad rasied.  I like anything from hamburgers or other items made with burger to steaks, fried heart sandwiches, boiled toungu sandwiches. Ribs, beef stew etc... As long as it isn't ruined by over cooking my steak or roast we are going to be okay.

  6. grilled chicken

  7. i love baked ham in pinnapple and brown sugar i didnt think i would.cause i dont like pinnapples...........

  8. A big ole' rack of pork spareribs, slow-roasted in the oven until it's almost falling off the bone, then tossed whole on the charcoal grill & slathered with Famous Dave's Sweet & Zesty sauce. Turn twice, slopping on more sauce each time, then serve in all their lip-smackin', finger-lickin', messy glory.

Add some corn on the cob, some coleslaw, and some icy bottles of beer, and you got a little slice of heaven!

  9. Slow roasted Prime Rib of Beef, au juice!
