What is your favorite type of meat to eat?

i really like bbq chicken on the grill.

I'm kind of a cheapskate, so I thought I'd say a McDonald's beef patty.  But then it occurred to me that isn't really meat.

So I'm going to go with a medium well sirloin steak grilled with red and green peppers and onions; and basted with blackberry wine and butter.

I liked baked, fried, and barbecue chicken. I also like chicken and dumplings. The best thing about chicken is you can cook it all kinds of different ways.
