I like a good BLT....but lately, I think my favourite type of sandwich has been the mature cheddar and pickle sandwiches I buy from Starbucks.

Honey glazed ham on white bread with lettuce and a sprinkling of dill. I'm peculiar, though. The sandwich must be cut from corner to corner, and the bread layered with opposite ends facing, so the top crust of one piece is on top of the bottom crust of the other when I cut it....

Yum! Good.

Low-Fat mayo

2 slices cheddar cheese

sliced onion

2 slices Dill Pickle

2 slices tomato

some lettuce

and that makes up quite a big sandwich, but it's good.
