What is your favorite type of snake?????????

Of the ones I own I would say the green tree pythons followed closely by my amazon tree boas.  I have individual snakes of each species that I like a lot though.

Mine are Burmese pythons. They are gentle giants. As far as snakes I see in the wild, I always enjoy seeing and photographing broadbanded copperheads.

Its impossible to choose a favorite because I love them all but here's what I came up with.

Smaller snake: Milk snake, corn snake or ball python.

Medium sized snake: Common boa, rainbow boa, irian jaya carpet python, coastal carpet pythons.

Large snake: Reticulated python, burmese pythons cut a close second, reticulated pythons only win because they have more length then girth in general.

Venomous snake: Definitely the gaboon viper its beautiful, the black mamba cuts a close second, black mambas are my dads favorite though.

Well I would say... white lip python, pied bald ball python, christmas or yellow-eye lash pit vipers, and gaboon.

As a pet............Ball Python, very gentle

Looking?   Probably a pit viper (just look like they mean business)

Size, got to be the Retic, everyone will say Anaconda, but we know the retic

all around, maybe some type of Boa, I kinda like the emerald myself

My favorite? Ball Pythons, especially different morphs. My favorite morphs are caramel glows and spider butter bees.

Rosy boas are really beautiful, and have nice temperaments.

Edit: No anaconda ever ate a hippo, they live on different continents for one thing.

Mines a Gaboon Viper. As far as snakes go it has the largest fangs in the world, which I think is pretty cool.
