OK dude

so I'm a vegan, and i just made some cookies using

Vegan soya margarine

Sugar

Dark chocolate (vegan)

Flour

And a lil bit of soya milk

And oh my! they were absolutely delicious... and the raw cookie dough was even better.

i mixed it in with some soya ice cream =].

and i went a lil crazy about how tasty it was.

Spiced Paneer, onions, tomatoes and green pepper cooked in the Tandoori oven....mmmm with some garlic naan spread liberally with mint chutney

either a salad made up of classic mix, different beans, chow mein noodles, and asain peanut sauce from kraft

or

sauteed(sp???) tofu with rice and green beans.

Good ol' fashioned pasta and sauce. You can never go wrong.

I make a great veggie spaghetti sauce, but to make it even better, I'll use Parmesan cheese.  I guess the pasta uses some egg.., which, I guess, also cancels out it being vegan

I would have to say fried tofu and rice.

It has to be Felafel, extra ingridiant like eggplant  (AKA - Falafel Delux) makes it even better

theyre all good! and yes i love chickpeas.

Meatless hotdogs w/ BBQ baked beans and sometimes its good with macoroni & cheese! haha :D

I also love salad with italian dressing, cheese, red onions, and vegetarian bacon bits.

Yummmm :D Now Im in the mood for a salad.. hehe
