I am a former chef and have several places, but my most fav are the Queen of Sheba Ethiopian restaurant on Bloor near Dufferin.

And the Motimahal on Gerrard St, it is a bit rustic and you serve yourself like a cafeteria, but the food is great and very reasonable. I figure most areas have one or 2, I like anything so I have found some gems around town, you just have to look.

La Castille, Steak House, on the Queensway just east of 427 on the north side just over the boundry into Mississauga. First went there 30 years ago. Wonderful food, great ambiance, very special.

All i like is swiss chalet and your rite i did try little India and it tastes so good! i just love indian food !! its spicy and authentic! hope i helped you!!!

Little inda has the best BUTTER CHICKEN and the Naan bread is deeelish.

I also like Ghandi's on Queen (kick a s s ROTI)
