  1. Christianity!

  2. I like the druid stories. And the story of King Arthur. All tha mud and magic!

  3. The Welsh story of how the two wizards, Math and Gwydion, fashioned a wife for Gwydion's nephew Llew Llaw Gyffes out of flowers, named Bloedduedd. They did so because Llew was illegitimate, and his mother, Gwydion's sister, had cursed the boy out of her own shame to never have a wife from any race of beings then on the face of the earth. So the two made Llew a wife, and thought they had confounded the curse. But Bloedduedd was fickle, fey, and immature, and soon betrayed Llew by taking a lover. They tried to kill Llew, and nearly succeeded, but the two wizards helped Llew again, and he survived to exact vengeance on Goronwy, his wife's lover. Bloedduedd herself was finally run to ground by Gwydion, who transformed her into an owl as punishment.
