Try chabata bread for your panini. My favorite is ham w/ mustard and pepper jack on pumpernickel w/ peppercini peppers on the side.

wholemeal or wheet bread ...gardenia also can...not so fussy about my bread but some bread slices are as thin as paper you can even feel it when you eat them...

1) Last week it was egg and tomato sandwich, this week it's cheese and onion, next week who knows!

2) My favourite bread (At the moment) is brown bread as they say it is more healthy for the body.

3) I've never heard of herb bread before, but it does sound kind of tasty :-)
