What is your favourite cheese?

I think that cheese is the best food there is. There are so many different types, what is your favourite cheese?

I like Stilton, danish blue and good old Cheddar and red leicester, but my absolute FAVOURITE has to be Brie. So creamy and tasty...

Hi I like mild chedder the most, I love mild and creamy cheese like red leicester and lancasher, cheshire, double glouster etc, as long as they arent too strong and I dont like mould cheeses like stilton yuk, I love cheese and cannot get enought of it shame its so fatty lol

Also the spread cheese, uigh I forget the brand and name. It comes in a round container then its divided into triangles. its great on crackers...has a cow on the front.

mozzarella, ricotta, soft pecorino, mature cheddar cheese and hard cheeses such as parmigiano romano, grana padano and pecorino romano!

i also have my favourite christmas cheeses, too - white stilton with blueberries, or white stilton with mango/apricot and ginger, or white stilton with cranberries. i always associate those cheeses with christmas so i never allow myself to get them any other time of the year (otherwise it screws my head up) =]

I don't really know. I love all cheese! Well, apart from Stilton. I don't mean to put you  off or anything, but its actually mouldy cheese. I think cheddar is my fav, because i have it ALL the time. My 9 yr old sister eats a big block of Parmesan every time we have it. Ew.
