I may have an opportunity to move there and I'd like to move somewhere that is especially beautiful, with friendly people and has a sense peacefulness to it.

What are your favourite cities and why?

Thank you!

  1. Venice. No cars. It's about the only city in Italy where pedestrians have a chance.

  2. Trieste - I visited there for 3 weeks and had a great time.  The people were very friendly and it's close enough to visit Venice.  It didn't hurt having family there also.

  3. Rome. Because it's beautiful

  4. milan n Venice..

  5. I like Tuscany region over there, specially Florence will be good and Rome also. Try to stay in luxurious and charming villas over there.

  6. Well, Rome is very beautiful because it has loads of history and you surely have many places to see. But if you're not interested in the cultural aspect of the city I would recommend Florence. It has many gardens and all. It's a very quiet place and really beautiful too - just not as interesting s you don't have so much to see!

  7. Florence. Shes so beautiful.

  8. Rome and all cities south have a lot of muggers and pickpockets.  I was just there and got my Diet Coke snatched at night (they thought it was a money wallet I was holding in my hand).  Florence has the most culture: statues, arts, etc.  Milan is where I live part time, it has the "Last Supper" mural by Leonardo Davinci.  Since I live in Italy with family part of the year, I'm rather familiar with all the major cities. My favorite would be Venice.  It's unique, and special for Americans.  I buy the 24 hour bus pass because it's also valid on all the boats going out to the fun islands like Lido, Murano, Burano, etc.  Saint Mark (from the Bible) is buried in the church there at St. Mark's square.  The buildings are interesting, and it's romantic.

  9. I went on a tour in Italy and my favorite place was the island, Capri. It was a beautiful, kind of small island with friendly people. The view was amazing when you went on some of the taller parts, and the houses were pretty and built right into the mountains. Then we went on a boat and went on an hour ride around the island, all of the caves and cliffs were awesome and I'd never seen anything like them before. We went swimming off of the boat for about 30-45 minutes. The water was 60 ft deep and perfectly clear. We were opening our eyes underwater and it didn't even hurt, and it was warm to. From the surface you could see about 10 feet under. Capri was a very peaceful and nice place. The only downsides were walking uphill. But I would love to live there.

  10. Milan. The shops lol the scenery the atmosphere all around and my first time was there! (well sort of, it's hard to explain).

My mam's name is Florence and I was born in kfc....hmmm who are you? I gave you a thumbs up anyway....But who are you? xoxoxox
