My parents make a dish that will most likely remain forever my favorite.  It's breaded fried chicken b*****s with Penne in a simple homemade tomato sauce, with fried egglplant served cold on top of the pasta.  They also roast red bell peppers and marinade them in olive oil and garlic to go with it.  Some aged Parmigiana or Grana Padana cheese to grate over it completes a very exquisite meal.  

My parents are both cooks, as are all three of my brothers and myself.

My partner's home made lasagne (done properly and takes three days), her Chinese pot sticker (called grilled pork dumplings) served with rice vinegar, or her Indian puri with prawn and chili stirfry (Kerala style).  Too many to list really.  I pretty much have a favourite from most cuisines and most levels of cuisine.

I have many, but one that springs to mind right now is Spaghetti Marinara

I have a few favourite dishes. Indian Vindaloo (hot), a baked pork dinner with lots of gravy and Seafood.
