Well for me there is no one favourite but i kind of prefer a blend like for example south indian idlis to punjabi dishes like paneer makhani / butter chicken and along with with i also love to eat chat on the roads

The variety in Indian Food is awesome.

I love eating local food whenever and wherever I go out in India.

The food should be fresh, hygienic, cooked to right level, spices to my acceptable limits, hot should be served hot and cold should be served cold and if served in style, ALL are my favourite food.

well.........i AM indian so i guess that would make my answers a bit opinionated, but honestly i would have to say:

pani puri, samosa, bhel puri, raita, matar paneer, daal dhokli, dosa, pav bhaji, idli sambhar, etc etc etc........for suggestions on how to make these just type in the food name online and 1000s of results will pop up right away........or you can just ask your local indian neighbor!!! enjoy!
