i guess i don't have a favorite. i like all milk shakes. if i had to choose i'd say chocolate-banana side by side milkshakes from steak 'n shake.

Depends where you go, most places are fast food c**p, you have to find an old fashioned diner that makes them by hand with REAL ingredients, Banana or french Vanilla are my favorites, there is ONE chain "Steak 'n' Shake" that does make a good one.
