What is your favourite pie/pastry filling and who sells it???

This is a sign of the times...........What tin, packet etc. My favorite is just apple pie, green grocers sell them.

Mine is apple and home made ones taste the nicest, so no shop sells mine.

Mine has to be the Greggs Xmas pie. Gorgeous. Also, 3 Cooks bakeries do a sausage/bacon/cranberry sauce/stuffing thing at xmas too, which is also very good.

Newboulds fresh pork pies, Middlesbrough, back in the day. dunno if you can still get them.

I also like a nice lard pasty.

I like homemead apple pie (prefer crumble though!).  I always liked chicken and mushroom pies and pork pies from my butcher (no other will do!).
