I like to make a Smoked Turkey Sandwich with Bacon, Avocado, Tomato and Pepper Jack Cheese. Then I grill it on both sides and cut it into 1/4's like a club sandwich.

During the summer when I can get "real" tomatoes, I love a cold tomatoe sandwich with lots of mayo.
