I like all types of bacon, saving the bacon grease to flavor all my vegetables. I use bacon grease on my baked potatoes, along with butter and sour cream. I fry my french fries in bacon grease. I can eat a pound of bacon by myself. Salt pork is probably my most favorite bacon.

I love turkey bacon.  Not just because it's healthy but you can microwave it and it gets really crispy.

thick cut bacon cooked just until done - i like it chewy, not crispy. (ps: bacon tastes great dipped in maple syrup! try it!)
