What is your favourite vegetable and why?

Personally, i love mashed swede with plenty of butter and black pepper. Or carrots roasted with herbs. But no idea what to do with cabbages.

Any advice welcome!

I am 100% green bean girl!  As for cabbage, I can't stand the smell of that stuff cooking.  I guess you could use the leaves to serve some kind of salmon or tuna paste or dip on?

Well, with cabbages you can use in salads, soups, and as wraps with other veggies inside.

My favorite veggie is asparagus sauteed with Rosemary, olive oil, and after cooked, sprinkle sliced almonds and then season and taste!
