I'd like t survey a few countries - answer in you own currency and I will try to interpret.

for me:

Australia (Queensland)

AUD$1.55/L today

AUD$1.69/L highest I can remember

And petrol is always cheapest on Tuesdays.

  1. In Edmonton, Alberta: Canadian $1.28 to 1.33 per liter.  Equivalent to approx. US$4.70 to 4.80 per US gallon at the current exchange rate.  And that is the highest I can remember it ever being.

  2. me...0...have no transportation

  3. UK is £1.20 a litre - around £6 a gallon.  I'ts really rocketed in price recently.  Diesel is well over £1.30/l

  4. WOW! I would kill for those prices!

$1.55AUD = £0.75GBP. Prices havent't been that low over here for over eight years!

$1.69AUD is about £0.82GBP which is what we were paying around two years ago.

The price at my local garage is currently £1.16.9 per litre. Thats about £2.42AUD!
