What is your hobby ?

Cross stitching - I always have 1 big project on the go (they can take up to 6 months)

Knitting and crochet. I do both, but prefer knitting because I don't have to look at it while I'm doing it.  I always a project of one of the two on the go because I need good light for cross stitch and if it's dark I can still knit.  Knitting and crochet also travel well in my purse (which I'll admit is huge, lol) so it make sense to always be doing one of them.

I sell most of what I make.  So my hobbies are profitable.

I guess Y!A is turning into a hobby of sorts...hanging out here from time to time, and keeping in touch with some of my contacts.

Other than that, there's Rotisserie Baseball and Fantasy Football...yesterday was a dark, dark, day.  Our baseball league's standing sheets come out on Friday, and for the first time all season, I am looking up in the standings at my sweetie Angelface...and yes, I was the object of ridicule...never mind that there are 5 of us looking up at her...I'm the one that counts.

And then there's racing...Angelface and I don't race, but we do love spending a day at the races...the thoroughbreds or greyhounds, and if we can't make it to Mountaineer Park, Presque Isle Downs or Wheeling Island, then we'll have dinner at one of the local Off-Track Parlors.  

How can you not love a woman who knows what a Beyer Speed Number and a track bias are....or who someday aspires to hitting the Hollywood Park Pick Six?

Apart from spending time with my friends/contacts on Y!A, I suppose my main hobby is my music....specifically singing at this point. I joined my first school choir at the age of 11, I think....and began to take it more seriously a year later.

I also have a piano in my room....which rarely gets much use these days....and in the past, at different times, I have played the violin, clarinet and various sizes of recorder.

I love listening to most kinds of music as well....I particularly like anything that has a good tune to it....and I don't usually enjoy anything too loud.

I love my music.

Drawing, making jewelry, making statues out of clay, sewing, writing, reading, painting, watching movies and guessing what year they were made in, photography, and playing the piano and baseball. lol.... too much............ oh yea and walking..
