What is your idea of a good Manager, what kind of a boss would you want to work for

A Good Manager is the one who can manage his employees. He has a good leadership skills that inspires his employees to work for him and makes them more productive and became loyal to the company...He has a good inter-relationship and makes his employees feel free to have a participation or give suggestions if necessary for the benefit not only for the company but the whole working environment...That's what I want for a boss...even right now I'm working in a boss that don't have that such quality that I'm hoping for...maybe next time...Thanks!!!!
