    I didn't eat anything cuz it was right when school started lol.

    I ran with a friend so yeah, and it was friggin cold like 55 degrees.

    i eat a banana or a power bar about 40 minutes before a race.

    sip water until the race.

    do 100 meter strides on the grass about 6 times before my race.

    keep your sweats on and keep your muscles warm.

    just try to hit even splits

    1:08 1:09 1:09 1:06 were my splits when i ran my 4:27

  3. I had a bagel before I ran it and ran it in 8:28. Not the best but it works. I just push myself and tell myself a mile isn't far (compared to what i usually run). Try to keep up with someone in front of you

  4. i run my mile in about 8 mins 30 - 40 seconds

    I usually run on an empty stomach in the morning about 6:45

    I usually start out slowly for the first 3 minutes and then i speed up gradually

    I usually eat light things so that I don't get a cramp. I drink Water and Sports drinks
