  1. Save room for desert!!

  2. To try something new, and to pace myself!!

I also try not to waste food by only putting small portions on my plate.

  3. To barely eat anything all day.  And maybe I can sneak in a ziplock bag into my purse?

  4. Yummy Yum Yum

  5. Cheap food.  Look around at the average weight of the people in the room.  That could be me in a few short trips.  That's what I think.....

  6. I like to pick one main meat and just a little taste of another meat. My main thing is the sides, being able to have a little bit of each, corn, fried okra, potatoes, salad. I usually don't even eat the desserts, my daughter does.

  7. Start at the end of the buffet because they always put the more filling and less expensive food at the beginning so you won't have as much room on your plate when you get to the crab legs and prime rib.

  8. I very rarely go to buffet type or all you can eat restaurants. On the rare occasion that I do go somewhere like that, I either go because I am not sure what I want to eat, and they usually have a good selection to choose from, or either I got out voted by my friends. While I'm at that kind of place, I just look around at the morbidly obese people who take advantage of these restaurants frequently, and that helps me not over eat.

  9. For me it promotes overeating! It is best if I stay far away from the buffest table.
