The whole Sublime CD- Santeria is a personal fave, but all those songs are mellow and relaxing. REM is another good one- the album Up is perfect for that.

Any of Athlete's songs are good, and so are Death Cab For Cutie. If you want a nice soft acoustic sound try Jack Johnson or maybe Newton Faulkner. Snow Patrol and Coldplay are a bit faster but they've got a more catchy tune you could tap your foot to :) Hope this helps .
