What is your motivation or drive ?

I am motivated first by God then by success. Everytime I accomplish something, that makes me work harder on another task.

the source of motivation can be any, it is not permanent ( at the outset).

people have drawn inspiration from weird sources. what one felt as distraction at one point in his life would be a source of inspiration later.

(Ghazni did see a spider for the first time in his life after losing the battle for the 15th time)

what exactly has been there source of inspiration? does it come from the outside? definitely not. it is our own heart, when we decide not to loose or to excel we will be able to find inspiration and the drive that is necessary to perform it from anything.

just the way Paulo Coelho states in alchemist " if you want something to happen the whole world conspires in helping you acheive it"

Recognition.  (shallow as it may be)  I joined Mary Kay a couple of years ago to make some extra money and when I started attending the meetings and functions and saw that they recognize the sales force members for big and small things accomplished, boy did I want me some of that recognition!  I earned a diamond unit ring for $1200 in sales for one month and the ring was nice, but to this day when I put it on, it's still the recognition I feel when they called my name in front of all those ladies.
