  1. Your blood sugar should be in the lower 100s. If it is higher than 100 at fasting you need to see your Doctor immediately.

  2. Me personally, or in general?  The normal, healthy range is 65-99.  Over 200 signals a diabetes condition, although temporary spikes and dips are normal.  If you're a diabetic, the controlled range should be below 140, I think, and the closer to 100 on a consistent basis the better.   If you're a diabetic, they usually go by your A1C measurement, which isn't affected by occasionally spikes and is measured over a period like 90 days.  That should be below 7, again the lower the better.

  3. WAIT! Blood has Sugar! I love sugar! Chocolate, skittles, starburst and now Blood is on my list of favorites.hey thanks!

  4. A normal fasting blood sugar (before a meal) is roughly 83 mg/dl or less.

A normal person eating the high carb typical American diet does not go over 120 mg/dl one or two hours after a meal and many are under 100 mg/dl two hours after eating.
