Why didn't Mexico contact America on this ?The head of the union representing U.S. Border Patrol agents says a man imprisoned in Mexico in connection with a Yuma-based agent's death has been released by a Mexican judge.

National Border Patrol Council president T.J. Bonner says an unidentified Mexican judge released Jesus Navarro for time served.

"Every Border Patrol agent in the country is outraged and stunned by this," Bonner said.

duh! the mexican government doesn't care about this.

If you look online there are reports of the mexican government giving out CARE PACKAGES to illegals to help them with crossing the desserts and also to help them cope with depression when they get over here.

I agree.  Why.  We need the guard on the border, and every time you read about it, you discover they have a very, very strong deterrent effect.  Sheriff Arapio was doing an excellent job and the Governor pulled his funding.  Why?  Why?

Mexico is an independent, sovereign nation with it's own legal system and no obligation to notify the U.S. government about anything.

My opinion is that justice will never be served in cases like this and our government doesn't give a d**n about any of us citizens. Mexico has gotten way too arogant,I think it's time for another war since they seem to have forgotten what happened last time.
