What is your opinion about the Griffintown project?

Question

I think it is just what that area needs, but I want the opinion of people who know more about urban development and about the city. Some of the criticisms I have heard include:

- The architecture is too uniform.

- Part of Montreal's industrial history will be lost forever.

- The project is not too environmentally friendly (I am not sure if this is true)

- The magnitude of the project is crazy. There must be some evil plan behind it.
