  1. A negative bounce lob wedge is one with a very narrow sole. What's illegal about it?  If it passed the rigors of USGA  club specifications, it can be used on tour and may be in the bags of some players. Too many of us amateurs are enamored with wedges, spins , lie angles, shaft flexes plus 2 handicaps at 16 years old and all that other stuff and couldnt hit the size of our hats. Rather suspect as to the truth of the statements.

  2. My opinion they might be legal but there not moral

  3. The was a "negative bounce" wedge marketed about ten years ago, called the Black Widow negative bounce wedge.

It was produced in Glastonbury, Ct and heavily advertised on TV by ex NY Giant kicker and TV sports commentator; Pat Summerall.

I had one, and in my opinion; it was just a another golf gimmick.

You can still find them being offered on eBay.

    "Save your money"! :-)

  4. Been around Golf for more years than you have been alive...never heard of any club with a negative bounce.
