What is your opinion of the Shakespeare Ugly Stick?

OK, Celly, we've established the fact that you find me repulsive--thank you for your honesty, but I'm refering to the fishing rod.

For a "low-mid" level priced fishing rod it's not bad. It can take much more abuse than rods twice as expensive.

I would consider it the "tank" of fishing rods,(along with that new "indestructible" one Rhino has out). However, it is "heavy", has diminished "action" & "feel" , and ain't the prettiest F-rod I've ever seen!

Overall, a good "entry" level rod for children or occasional fisherman.

The rod performs very well,if you have a cork handle be sure to check it periodically as they have been known to come off.
