What is your opinion of the academic value of study abroad?

I believe the academic value of studying abroad is still somewhat dependent upon the student.

How much are you willing to immerse yourself in and learn from?

The host country can give you its best, but you must accept their resources willfully.

If so, studying abroad is worth its weight in gold, so to speak. Prospects of a new language, new culture, new viewpoints of the world, education in another perspective, and much more.
