What is your opinion on moving the Atlanta race to Labor Day weekend and out of the Chase?

Atlanta Motor Speedway and the governor of Georgia say that the night race on Labor Day weekend is a major accomplishment for the race and the city. I grew up about 30 miles from the track. It is usually hot as h**l on Labor Day weekend and the move takes the Atlanta race out of the Chase for the championship. It is also the beginning of the college football season and that is big in Georgia. I see it as a negative rather than a positive and am considering only going to the Spring race there next year.

No, I would not go for that.  I live in California and I am planning on going to Fontana on Labor Day.

Well its better than California on that day.  Cali is the worst teack on the circuit.

I just wish Darlington would get its second race and Labor day race back.
