What is your opinion on parkour (free running)?

it's the way of the future.

when gas runs out and everything is crowded everyone will know how to do the basics. then eventually police will learn it. instead of getting stuck in traffic people will be parkouring their way to work.

We practice in barns a lot cause we live in a small town.

it's pretty interesting. one of my friends was wanting to do it not long ago, i'm not sure if she continued practicing or not though.

it was originally created for a way to escape danger, so i think that's snazzy. that takes what therapists refer to as "fight or flight" to a whole other level.
