What is your opinion on the FL Marlins?

Question

What's your opinion on the FL Marlins as a franchise, their fans, and/or their current season? I'm a Marlins fan and I'm just curious to know what the general feeling on them is here in the baseball section.

Please don't answer my question with an answer along the lines of these.

Marlins are one of the best teams in baseball... believe it or not. People don't believe in Fish because they are young and they still have a lot to prove. I'm pretty sure they will win the NL east.

There good.  They've got a chance.  It's gonna be tough for them..I don't know if they make the playoffs..but it'll be close.

im a marlins fan too pitching wise they suck especially pinto offensively ramirez is awsum uggla is good and cantu is tearing it up so is cody ross go marlins i think they are gona take the division beacause they are young and phillies and mets are old

They are great and threw a combo 1 hitter tonight after being shutdown last night.

Pen's looking solid, Offense we know is solid, bam b*****s.

I think their owners are very good at judging talent, but not necessarily at impressing the fans. They have made some very unpopular moves with their fire-sales.

In terms of the fans, I feel bad for them. Even when they're good, Florida still doesn't recognize them. They also have to see so many fan favorites leave. On the other hand, I shouldn't really feel bad for them because their team won it all five years ago.

I think they're too short on pitching to contend this season with Josh Johnson just coming back and Anibal Sanchez out for most of the season. Their hitting has been amazing though and some of them still have room for improvement such as Hermida and Ramirez (scarily enough).

Franchise that loves rebuilding and trading every good player that comes into the organization.

Their fans are almost non existent. Nobody goes to the games at Pro Player Stadium.

Current Season: Very good offensive club lack pitching which hurts them from being a serious contender in the NL.

Great young stars and a good manager add up.

They have had a roller coster ride

they had great seasons, but then go down hill becuase they trade it all away

But right now they have a great delvoping team that will have HUGE success in the future

Too bad thier fan base sucks
