saturns are cheaply made unsafe unreliable cars they are poorly designed get crappy gas mileage and look ugly. the repair records are horrendous for all saturn models. in my opinion stay away!! (its just a super cheap crappy chevy)

a saturn vue is basically a big station wagon. it has the power of a car and the feel of a car. not what people look for in an SUV.  so i would suggest staying away from it.  my brother in law has one and has nothing but problems with it

i think it looks very very nice

ha although i have never had any experience with saturn vehicles.

and don't believe that worst automobile list above me.

it looks like that list hates every chrysler/gm vehicle ever made.

plus it doesnt look reliable.

if you are nervous about what everyone is saying about saturns being bad, try the GMC Acadia or Buick Enclave..those are both spiffy too!

or wait till fall and wait for the chevy traverse to come out..its basically the chevy model of those 3 cars i stated above.

my mom bought that car a couple years ago. the car is nothing but trouble. there were soooo many different problems with it. especially with the transmission. we even had to buy a new transmission for the car which cost a lot of money. i wouldn't go with this car

I haven't had much experience with the 2nd generation Saturn Vue (the 2008 model), but I bought a 2004 VUE AWD brand new in April of 2004.  I just recently traded it in on our new minivan.

My Vue was a very nice vehicle.  No problems whatsoever with mine during my 4 years of ownership.  I logged Over 50K miles on mine, and I kept track of everything on it.  Keep in mind that mine was the 3.5L V6 model with 5 speed automatic Transmission (Drivetrain was supplied by Honda).  

Mileage averaged 22.5 miles per gallon (pretty good for and AWD vehicle).

As for those who Say Saturns are crappy cars.  They are full of it.  Saturns, in general, are well-made, economical, inexpensive to own cars.

The guy who said that Saturn is just a crappy Chevy couldn't be further from the truth.  He's obviously in love with his (or should I say his mommy's) Toyota or Honda, and has nothing good to say about U.S. Made cars.

You mean aside from the fact that the Saturn is the vehicle that is composed of more parts made in the US than any other vehicle on the road? (Major stars for that one!)

My sister's had one for a couple years or so now  -and she LOVES IT - Swears it's a great family vehicle & she can squeeze anything into it (she says) - 8' and under.
