  1. Essences are always identified by ideas. Essences are concepts. [See Stoicism; Wm. of Occam; Rand; and perhaps Averroes and others.]

  2. There must be a reason for this clinging sensation. the body was fed from the milk of mother but the mind is fed much differently.

  3. Humans need ideas and relationships to identify their essence.... material objects, however, are not necessary in the event they are disposable. A "keepsake" like a family heirloom is necessary at times when one needs to gather evidence regarding their essence. It is the cumulation of ideas, worthy material objects, and strong familial relationships that an individual can use to identify the essence of their beliefs and value of self.

One must always keep in mind that their essence and self worth is measured by their efforts toward the goodness and happiness of others... not only themselves. One must belief in the goodness of sharing and assisting others in order to be able to stand up and feel confident when one's knees may wobble. If you assist others it is likely that they too will hold you up until you can stand.

  4. Because they want to belong to the world, to have and see a mirror of reflection they can recognise, feel apart of, feel that others may understand them, and them they. To feel that their uniqueness is appreciated and understood. So they don't feel alone in the world.

But that identity and life which society and others make them aspire to, isn't always what they are, what they want, or best serves their uniqueness.

There is little scope for developing our uniqueness in the world, all that we know is society, all that we've learnt to know is society. Boxed into societies framework.

Societies constant movement in the name of technology and progress is but a distraction from the true values of life.

We are told we should constantly change and adapt, only it has to be the way they wish us to adapt. Hardly the basis to develop one's singular uniqueness. Singular being the word society would rather avoid to hem us all into the mainstream of their desires for their society.

  5. It called the human ego.  It is explained in great detail by Dr. David R. Hawkins in his book called the "Eye of the I" and in his other books as well.  It is not created but inherent in the acceptance of the human mind or frontal cortex.

  6. I hold the opinion that the premise upon which you base your solicitation should not be presumed cast in concrete.
