What is your opinion on the new U.S. house sells?

what do you think of it, your opinion of course. what can we do, and how do you think it effects us and the business world?

.   It is hard to have an opinion of the new U.S. house sells.  New houses are very attractive.  The builder fixes everything for 1 year.  Who wouldn't like that.  There is not much that we can do.  Very little effect on the business world.

As house sales have been rising i think it is a good sign  .I feel that real estate prices have readjusted themselves   and are back in line . of course a lot of people got caught in the flipping the real estate game . but many many more many small fortunes by flipping houses .The economy is slowly turning around . the markets that are still hurting are always hurting .

I hate the new homes.   Very ugly, cracker boxes, build right next to each other.   I do not want to ever hear my neighbors.

But, as long as population growth supports sales we obviously need homes.    I do not buy new homes, due to mass production and poor workmanship.   The older ones, even small ones were custom made, and built to last forever.
