  1. very wise words...

we should remain ourselves, and let others be themselves...

  2. Yeah, interesting. It reminds me of Kant's philosophy , TO IMPROVE ONE SELF IS A MORAL DUTY (obligation) TOWARD HIMSELF.If I improved myself 2 B U, then ME is simply lost . :)

  3. Interesting is because who tells this to whom? Husband to his wife or wise verse, or Man to his maker? Son to the father? The truth is we can only improve but can't be someone else with or without the choice.

  4. I think this quote is really nice. I wish a lot of teens could live on this quote. They shouldn't have to look on the magazine and say I want to be skinny like her. They should say I want to change my eating habits so that I can be healthy for me.

  5. Its quite good,, i think it kinda means, we are all unique, you will change for yourself only and not to please me, and also, you will not change your ways and who you are to fit in with what everyone else does...

  6. HAH

  7. Yea i get it. It's all you.

  8. very true

  9. Wonderful quote.

As cheesy it may sound, I think the world would be a better place if everyone, not just teens, live their lives by that quote. Here's a quote I heard that could answer that quote: "Wanting to be someone you're not is a waste of the person you are."

  10. very good quote
