It all depends on how good your relationship is. My relationship was good with or without it. But honestly, I say you should have a foursome instead. With threesomes, one person occasionally gets left out. With 4 people you won't have to worry about that happening.

its fine if you sit down and set limits and rules and continue to stick with them.  My wife and I of 36 yrs have had threesomes.  both with 2 girls and 2 guys.  It turns out we both ended up going with 2 guy arrangements.  I felt being with 2 girls was difficult to satisfy 2 girls and it was difficult for the other girl to have something to do when I was with the other one.  But with 2 guys, I felt like a challenge in pleasing my wife better than the other guy, so in turn it must be fantastic for my wife.  Also my wife was always busy with one guy or the other while one was in her.  orally I mean.  Then theres so many different things to do when the time comes for us guys to let the **** out.  What ever and how ever my wife wants it and where she wants it, kinda fun.

We have had a few mfm threesomes and they went fine. I would not advise any couple that it is a 'must have' experience. However if a couple has been together for a while, they have strong communication, and are willing to explore their sexuality together then I see no reason why they should not try the experience at least once.

In regard to your question which is better mfm, fmf, or fff it really depends on the person and their preferences. MFM threesome in most cases is easier to arrange than either fmf or fff. Plus there is more selection of those interested which allows you to be more selective in your choices.
