What is your opinion on world wide web become your personal i.d.?

In the near future, time a human being born, a must to get i.d. such as sss#, or b-certificate that we will have an IP address or domain name? A website at birth to keep record for lifetime? ... just curious, technology is still evolving.

I think it is all to do with keeping track of everyone at everytime.    The reason? security, with the technology we have today it is possible for one person anywhere on earth to plan and destroy the world by breaking into a nuclear or weapons facility and pushing a button or by hacking into a defence computer and pushing the right buttons.

With this surreal scenario, many governments are in manic paranoia, they are afraid of losing control, losing control would mean nuclear war and possibly the end of civilization.   That is why everyone must be registered on the web, their location must be trackable, their activities must be monitorable, less they (label them as terrorists) destroy the world.

Let's face it, our technology has advanced till such a stage, our weapons (nuclear, chemical, biological) have become so powerful, that the world has become no bigger than a football, and one small mistake can destroy it in less than a year.   At the same time, our geneaology has not change, we are still 1% from being an animal, our instincts to fight and kill are still basic to our nature.

To me, I think we should think about shrinking the web, severing the connections, letting societies develop independently as individual societies with greater kinship and love for one another within those smaller communities.
