  1. Okafor is overrated in charlotte but would be good as a 6th man for a contender.

Biedrins has potential, but the warriors are scared he'll go back overseas.

Deng is the most underrated SF in the NBA and the bulls can build around deng and derrick rose.

Ellis is a player thats perfect in golden state and wouldn't have gotten the same money somewhere else.

Bogut is still getting better plus a good C is hard to find.

  2. okafor and ellis deserve their newly signed contracts but for the 3 remaining, i think it's kind of a trade bait for other team.

  3. good 4 both.

  4. all these players were necessary for their respective teams, so from the teams standpoint, they were good signings BUT,

bulls overpaid for deng, his contract can reach 80 mill, deng is a good player but he aint 80 mill good.

overpaid for okafor, 72 mill for okafor? way too much considering biedrins only got a contract worth 54 mill with incentives to reach 63. okafor is good, but he isnt dominant and does not deserve 10+ mill a year.

slightly overpaid for biedrins. 9 mill a year with incentives is not bad for a 22 year old who pretty much averages a double double. the reason why it is slight overpayment is because he is very limited offensively. he has no jumpshot or go to move. most of his points come off put backs and dunks. but still, he is only 22 and improving and is already one of the better centers in the nba.

just right for ellis. kevin martin got 55 mill over 5 years. ellis gets about 66 over 6 years. averages out to 11 mill a year which is just right for ellis who is one of the quickest guards and a great scorer.

way overpaid for bogut. he is a good player but not worth the 72 mill he supposedly got.

  5. okafor and ellis are the only players in those 5 who arent over paid

  6. i think the warriors made a great deal there both young players and theyll both get better as they train with other veterans like corey maggette, jackon and harrington.they even said they'll match any offer given to ellis and beidrns so i say good job mullin ;]
