  1. Favorite breakfast:

    What I make at home: One slice of toast topped with one scrambled egg, a wedge of spreadable Laughing Cow cheese, and one slice of oven roasted turkey meat. And a bowl of oatmeal.

    If I went out: IHOP's three buttermilk pancakes, one scrambled egg, and two slices of Canadian bacon.

    Lunch:

    Togos sandwich and salad. Turkey and avocado sandwich plus an Asian salad with serrano grape dressing.

    Dinner: Sushi. Rainbow rolls and crazy rolls.


  2. Man let me tell you whats the best breakfast you can eat... well atleast its mine and i love it!!!... platonos, beans, sour cream, and cheese!!! ummmm =P... its bomb...

    Breakffast- Bacon, Eggs, Panckaes, Biskets, and a Muffin

    Lunch- Chinesee food(lol)

    dinner- Pizza, taccos, and hamburgers =p

  4. breakfast: pancakes, eggs, sausage and hash browns with ketchup.

    lunch: chips and salsa, enchiladas rice and beans.

    dinner: salad, sirloin or rib eye steak with baked potato or french fries. Or mashed potatoes and sweet corn.

  5. Breakfast = eggs benedict with OJ/champagne followed by Belgian waffles with cheese sausage, and of course good coffee.

    Lunch = seafood salad.

    Dinner = lamb with mint apple jelly and mashed potatoes and any green veggie with garlic, or veal scallopini, or little bits of all the leftovers in my fridge.

  6. My fave would a a breakfast lunch and dinner that was 20 points or less included a dessert and was filling.  I would like something from weight watchers that look, felt and tasted like a non-diet item.

    I know, I know weight watchers says nothing tastes a good at thin feels but........................give me some hash browns biscuits gravy, peach pie, and Ham and keep it twenty points

    Lunch:  Chicken Cesar Salad

    Dinner:  Grilled Sirloin Steak with a green salad.

    I'm so hungry right now and all I have is salmon.  Damned diet.
