OK well now I'm starving and i thinking pizza,,,,favorite well being born and raised in Chicago,,, i cant pick a single one the only thing I'm not crazy about are peperoni's anymore otherwise just greasy thin crust and throw what ever the heck you got back there on it----(besides the bugs) or (no seafood) but you get gist of it!

For me it would be a deep panned stuffed crust with cheese and herb, with a topping of bacon, spicey pork, ham, chargrilled chicken, sweetcorn, onion, peppers, loadsa tomoto, with lots of different cheeses too

At Oliveto's (Elizabeth Street - London SW1), the parma ham and rocket pizza!

15" soft dough base with lots of slightly spiced tomato pizza puree, cheddar, Philly and mozzarella cheese then oregano on the top!!!!!

I also like this with peperoni, Donna kebab meat and Cajun chicken topping!!

Crust has to be crisp and thin but not like cracker, with fresh mozzarella, red onions and fire roasted red peppers. Not the peppers you get in a jar, have to be fresh and sliced small. I also put a sprinkle of garlic powder and sometimes oregano on top. We used to make this at a restaurant I worked at. It was heaven.

One with extra cheese, smoked ham and pineapple. It has to be juicy, not dry. When you bite into it you should be able to feel the molten fruit juice of the pineapple slide into your mouth folowed by the tangy tomatos and finally the chewiness of the cheese and ham.
