My neighbor imagines she is the Queen of  "our town" and she may have noisy workmen around day and night but no one else shall have this privilege. Any wandering animal is subject to extermination, all fences must meet her standards and if she has done something, no matter how foul, for twenty years then she will do so in the future. If her majesty dislikes your vehicle, even with her illegal out of state plates, then the police must take note. She may shine huge outside lighting (stadium quality) but the minions must use 40 watt bulbs. All hail the Queen.
