What is your rationalization for eating meat?

  1. I eat meat because I can.

    It's a choice - not a religion.


  2. well to me eating meat is just the same as eating anything . i know alot of people do not like the idea but i was bought up on it and i have always done .its part of the food chain

  3. I agree that there is a circle of life, but western cultures eat waaaaay to much meat.  the asians have a way better diet.

  6. I love meat. I could eat it breakfast lunch and dinner. I think I'd die without it.

  7. I don't. I used to think all about how animals in nature do it, and how one person couldn't stop animals from being killed and all that bull, but I decided I would feel better about myself if I didn't have to make so many excuses.

  8. I love animals very much. I have pets and I appreciate nature.  But some animals are meant to be eaten by other animals and humans.  

  9. It's highly nutritious, very varied, and exceedingly tasty both by itself and in compound dishes such as stews, pot roasts and ragouts. And then there are fancy dishes like beef Wellington and earthy ones like stuffed cabbages and meat loaf.

    Add a salad, potatoes or rice or pasta or similar, and a good wine, and you're off to a fine dinner. Dessert optional but recommended.

    Can't go wrong on that!

  10. Meat has protein and it taste good; just don't overeat. There are no moral or ethical issues!
