  1. Love it. Participating myself. Wish they would finish putting the website back together so I could get back to my worksheets.

  2. Fascinating work.  I read all I can of it, and hope to see the full results.  Good thing they are doing it now, as in a couple more centuries the entire world population may be as scrambled as ethnic groups are getting to be in the USA.

  3. I find it scientifically fascinating & it has opened many doors to ancient human migration out of Africa and around the globe.   Most recently it has led to insights on genetically tailored medicine for differing haplogroups, as well as some more rapid diagnoses for genetic diseases.

In addition this has become very supportive of many evolutionary hypothesis & solidified the theory of evolution to a "fact" of evolution with indisputable evidence. I am fascinated with the discovery of the microcephalin gene by Bruce Lahn  & his team of genetic researchers... the 1.1 million yr old gene that suddenly appeared in a 200 K yr old species 37,000 yrs ago in the middle east, then spread  to 70% of the World's population.  It will give us yet another intriging mystery to investigate... was it an introgressed gene from Neanderthal?
