What is your take on the Phoenix Coyotes right now?

Well I sent Don Maloney mail telling him how much of a jacka$$ he is for not improving the Coyotes defense. Hello the Coyotes needed another Jovo like player to join him on defense. If Maloney had followed in Chicago's foot steps then we will have a winning team that will be contenders for the Cup.

Right now the reactions here in Phoenix are mixed. Some like what Maloney is doing and some don't.

Still looking for a new team to support!!! Right now I'm looking at Detroit, Chicago, Tampa, Colorado, Carolina. Any suggestions??

Yes Howler is in Limbo!!

P.S. s***w you to the majority of people here in the Valley of the Sun for turning your backs on the Yotes to see the D-Backs and SUNS. Phoenix Arizona is the biggest frontrunner city in the United States!!!

  1. in my unbiased opinion the coyotes management overall must have done something right they have kyle turris (even though they acquired him by being bad ;p) /Olli Jokinen, they can play good defence, have a decent goalie, etc..,

if you think about it they used to suck.. a few years before the lockout they were a pretty good team, don't remember which season though

  2. well my view on it is that they have a great chance to make the playoffs in the coming season because they got a great goalie and some young guys who can contribute the the teams offence and i do hope that they get in to the play offs

  3. Carolina Would be good. We've just remade our D into a young unit with lots of skill and puck moving, plus possibly the best top nine forwards as a whole in the NHL. We'll see how the new D works, but this team will be very exciting and high powered offensively. Defensively they'll have great coaching, Glen Wesely who until he retired was taking a good bit of time against some of the top forwards in the game- Crosby, Ovechkin, so on and so forth- and shutting them down. 20 years in the NHL is nothing to laugh at.

AS for the Yotes, I like what they're doing. they're not going for the Cup just yet, they're trying to make the team young, fast, high scoring and exiting to draw fans back. Once that's done and they've made the playoffs they'll improve the D and contend for the Cup.

  4. I would rather you switch to Detroit. We have the best professional sports teams overall. What I mean is that not only have the Redwings made the playoffs 17 years in a row and are coming off from a stanley cup victory, but the pistons are in the playoffs every year, the Tigers are competetive now, and the Lions are on a five year plan to become competetive too. Just switch cities all together, Detroit is where it is at.

  5. For  5 Million you can have Matt Schneider for D.

    idk I'm a homer. I'd stick w/the Yotes.

  6. Gretzky wants to build another offense only team like the old Oilers. Phoenix has a lot of young forwards coming along but they are going to give up a lot of goals. I think they will be fun to watch.

My favorite team is the St. Louis Blues. They will be much improved this year but so will just about every other team in the Western Conference. Give them a look. They have a great young core.

  7. Games arent won in the SUMMER! They are won on the ice!

  8. I think that with Turris next year, they will do great.

You still have to support your team, but we here in Chicago welcome you with open arms to join our fan base. It will be worth it too considering they have an up and coming team
