What is your view of the Palestinians?

For a long time I have read several articles of how people say that the Palestinians have suffered more than any other nation on Earth. And who is there to blame? They say it is Israel. They say Israelis stole their land. They say Israelis are the blood thirsty killers. They say may the Israelis suffer for their sins. CNN, one the most respected world news leaders is pro-Palestinian saying all of this as well. Do they remember that they are talking about a country who is an ally? The U.N. does nothing when Jihads slaughter people in large masses. When Israel invaded Gaza and killed the terrorists who launched hundreds of rockets into Sderot, Israel, the U.N. jumped all over Israel saying that is was a violent act. England, removed several Holocaust memorials in the country because the Arabs said that is was insulting. Doesn't that insult the Jews and Israel? Obviously these people are absolute idiots who know nothing. What do you think so far?

  1. You asked alot of questions here so not too sure which one you want answered to.  So lets go through those questions one by one.

Q1 Palestinians have suffered more than any other nation on Earth, and who is there to blame?

A1  Well let see in my Atlas there is no Palestinian nation.  They have a flag but I don't know where their country is.  The Palestinians claim it's where Israel is at or at least a chunk of it is.  So Israel is sitting on Palestine and won't get off.  So the suffering sounds like Israel's fault to me.

Q2  Do they (CNN) remember that they are talking about a country who is an ally?

A2  Yes, I think so.  So it's no longer OK to criticize an ally now?  No wonder other countries stop criticizing the US.  It's not OK anymore.

Q3 Doesn't that (UN does nothing when Arabs kill Jews, but criticize Israel when Jews kill Arabs) insult the Jews and Israel?

A3 No it doesn't.  As established earlier Palestine doesn't have land because Israel is on it and thus does not have the land to build airbases, or barracks to house standing armies.  If Palestine did have a strong standing army don't you think Israel would have bombed them already?  So the Palestinians are doing the only thing they could do, gurriella warfare.

So you're telling me the UN should hold Palestine to the same level as Israel when Palestine doesn't have anything but mortors, rockets, suicide bombers to Israel's atomic bomb, jets, helicopters, and tanks?  They're treated differently because their situations are different.

That sounds fair right?  But you say that insults Jews.  No it doesn't.  I think Jews are a proud people and doesn't need to resort to whining about how it's not fair when it is clear that Israel has the advantage.

Q4 What do you think so far?

A4  I think the war has gone on long enough and that both the Jewish people and the Palestinian people have suffered enough.  They need to learn to coexist and if that means Israel need to make concessions, then they must in order to keep the peace.  The Palestinians need to also make concessions and recognize the state of Israel as well.

Both sides need to get religion out of their politics.

    What do you think?

  3. I think that the Palestinian people are being used as pawns in the effort of several Middle-Eastern Governments and factions to destroy Israel.  The lives of the average Palestinian would be much better if their leaders stopped putting the bulk of their resources into the effort to destroy Israel. Building schools, funding college scholarships, providing medical care, building housing, and developing the economy would serve the interest of the people far better than spending money on weapons.  Working out a peace treaty with Israel would make the lives of both the Palestinians and the Israelis better.

  4. I have to assume the majority of Palestinians are nice people, though I don't actually know any personally.

But it is really clear that the Palestinian militants engage in atrocious crimes against civilians.  This is in line with Arab historical tradition, though it is against Islam.  Nevertheless, these folks claim to be good Muslims.

Israelis, on the other hand, though they are fierce in self-defense, are as careful as they can be, for the most part, to avoid harming civilians when they can; and they never make civilians the target.

It also is true that in Palestine, women don't have full equality with men, and are subject to violence, oppression, and "honor" killings.

The position of the Palestinians towards Israel stems from the influence of Mohammed Amin al-Husayni, at one time Grand Mufti in Jerusalem during the Mandate.  He was an ally of Hitler and worked tirelessly for the goal of removing all Jews from the Holy Land.  This is still the goal of the Palestinian leadership and, no doubt, most of the people.

  5. Well.. you asked a question and then you answer! That is what surprises me the most.

Everyone who knows history knows that something happened in Palestine in 1948. Now I don't have the time to tell you everything that happened but what I know is that both sides are fighting over the land. Of course Israel is the stronger entity here; though I don't support the Palestinian groups who use violence thinking that it will help the Palestinians but when Israel is attacked by a group, sometimes Israel retaliates with a disproportionate force that mostly affects Palestinians who had nothing to do with the conflict. So the way I see it, both Israel and Palestinian groups are GUILTY.

  6. Just calling them Palestinians is an insult to... well, to our collective intelligence, at the very least. There is no such thing as a Palestinian. They are not a "people," and they are not a "nation." There was no such group of people before Israel existed, and therefore they certainly did not get anything taken from them.

I would say most of what you've said is a result of people not knowing (and not bothering to learn) the history/facts.

  7. i dont excuse any acts of terrorism, but really when we threw a country of arab people out of their country, what the heck did we expect?

probably the smartest poltical man in the world at the time (1948), secretary of state and 5 star general, future (1953) nobel peace prize winner and creater of post war 'Marshall Plan' George Marshall said (of recognising Israel)dont do it, that it would be never ending grief between the USA and arabs and that it would endanger our oil supply

this wise man saw in 1948, all of our future problems, 1970 airliner hijackings, 1970s oil shocks, 911, iraq war, current oil shocks

"Secretary of State George Marshall felt otherwise. The retired general was a towering figure in the capital: Truman himself said "there wasn't a decoration big enough" to honor Marshall's leadership during World War II. At a White House meeting on May 12, 1948, Marshall objected to quick US recognition of a Jewish homeland. It would look as if Truman was angling for Jewish votes, he said, and might endanger access to Arab oil. He went so far as to say that if Truman went ahead and recognized the new state, then he, personally, would vote against him in the coming election."

it is BIZARRE that it is now 'anti-semitic' to quote a hero like Marshall
